Current Positions:  

ADMINISTRATIVE aSSISTANT

Good Shepherd Community is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Wellness Services Department.

In addition to general office duties, this position requires strong desktop publishing skills that demonstrate excellent grammar and proofreading expertise. Desktop publishing to include the creation of monthly activity calendars for multiple buildings and printed communications to keep residents apprised of upcoming activities and outings. Applicant must possess excellent computer skills with the ability to acquire further computer and software knowledge as necessary to complete the tasks required by this position. Great customer service is essential to ensure that our residents and their families are treated with the utmost kindness and compassion. Prior experience with Microsoft Word, Publisher, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel is a plus.
