1)  DIETARY AIDE     The Dietary Aide will work as part of a dietary team to perform general kitchen and dining room tasks including dining room set up, daily meal service, clean up, maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as assisting other dietary employees with food storage, meal prep and other duties as request by supervisor. Our dietary aide must conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner at all times, especially when interacting with our residents, their families, visitors, and other staff. Requires 1 year verifiable employment, dietary experience required. Salary: $10.00 /hour

2) CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT  The CNA/RCA (Residential Care Assistant with CNA license) at Good Shepherd Community is truly one of the most important jobs on our campus because you are directly involved with our residents. This employee performs duties that include assisting residents with medication reminders, personal care services, monitoring emergency alert systems, maintaining required paperwork, assist in maintaining the security of the building, and adherence to the OLTC Rules & Regulations, as well as performing other duties that may be required by your supervisor. If you have a CNA license, experience (2 years preferred), and would be available for an 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shift, please apply for this job by clicking on the link above. 3) FLOATING HOUSEKEEPER  Good Shepherd Community is looking for a floating housekeeper responsible for readying apartments to be leased and serving as a backup housekeeper on an as-needed basis. This position requires the ability to perform a variety of cleaning activities, light maintenance, use of cleaning equipment, as well as great customer service skills to be performed with professionalism, patience, and kindness. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

4) HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN  Good Shepherd Community is searching for an HVAC Maintenance Technician who meets the qualifications below:


  • Must have current EPA certification;
  • Previous experience HVAC maintenance and other maintenance-related fields;
  • Possess strong troubleshooting skills, particularly on 5-ton A/C units;
  • Must be able to maintain and repair condensing units and perform air handler change-outs;
  • Ability to handle the physical workload;
  • Must be deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Must have the ability to access and use mobile facilities app (cell phone and training provided).


  • Complete work orders in a timely fashion,
  • Estimate time and extent of repairs.
  • Perform routine and specialized (HVAC) maintenance.
  • Maintain materials and supply inventory.

Excellent customer service skills are required and the employee must enjoy working for our senior residents. The work schedule is M-F, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. plus on-call duties approximately every 4 weeks.
